To cancel, simple generate a customer service ticket with “Cancel” as the subject and your service together with all further payments will be discontinued once all active trades are exited.

Refund Policy: We pride ourselves in outstanding customer service. As your guarantee of honesty, we do not charge you until after we send you an issue. However, If you are in any way dissatisfied, please let us know. At any time you may cancel your account and opt for a full refund of all unsent issues along with a full refund of the last issue charged. Your total satisfaction is important to us.
